AVA is a comprehensive, asynchronous telehealth solution that allows for accurate, remote medical exams, data capture and diagnosis with a single, AI-powered device, equipped with a suite of exchangeable sensors.

An onsite Nurse AVA Champion will administer all consultations using the Higo® Pro device before uploading the results to the secure Higo® Pro Doctor’s Portal to receive a diagnosis from an accredited doctor located in the Guardian Eye Nerve Centre.

Depending on the diagnosis, a script or sick note can be issued through the portal in less than five minutes, with the whole consultation typically taking 40-minutes from start to finish.
